"Just wanted to share my very positive experience with your test prep software.

I originally purchased Flight Test in early 2007 while I was CFIing and looking for an airline job.  I got about halfway through the program when I took a job with a turboprop carrier.  Unfortunately, the ATP written was put on hold as I completed training.  In the summer, I called to extend my Flight Test license and started studying again.  But again, I couldn't complete the test before other things came up.

Finally, in January of 2008, I found the time (i.e., got furloughed!) and committed to studying and completing my ATP written.  I took 3 days and spent about 5 hours a day reviewing your selected questions, and took the test on the afternoon of the last day.

EVERY TIME I have communicated with Sheppard Air, you have been COURTEOUS, HELPFUL, and PROFESSIONAL.  Your software helped me score a 98% on the ATP written, a score I'm sure I couldn't match with other software.  And moreover, even though it took me almost a year from my date of purchase, you helped be renew my license and update my software to ensure I was studying the most recent questions.

"I just wanted to thank you for the quality product I got from you guys to assist me in my ATP written.  I was going to All ATP's for the full day of fun with the test at the end and decided to get ahead of the game and purchase your product several days before.  I spent 7-8 hours on your product and then went in to do the 10 hours at All ATP's.  I took the exam and scored a 96% with no help from ATP's program.  I felt that in no way did their program help me out any or prepare me any better in 10 hours of hard studying than using your method and program over the course of a couple of days.  I am going to tell everyone I know to NOT waste their money by going to an all day or weekend ATP prep, but just buy YOUR program and go take the test.  Your question bank was more up to date than the people at All ATP's and more user friendly for studying (i.e. being able to mix up questions and mark questions missed...).  I can not tell you how much I benefited from using your program.  Thank you again and keep up the good work!"
